RCA welcomes all this year to join us at our annual BBQ on Friday July 4th, 2008. This year RCA is taking it to the next level. We are launching our first ever basketball tournament. Let’s add a healthy competitive edge to it. What is a sport without competition? We welcome the first 6 six teams from the US and Canada to enter the tournament.
How can one enter their winning team?? In order to register you must have a complete team. Basketball players have to register teams of a minimum of five players, and have a leading Captain. The cost will be Five dollars per player.
Once
teams are ready please email roster and contact info to sports@rwandaconvention.org. Registration payment of teams must be done online or via money order to RCA. This money will be used to buy refreshments for the players, and trophy for the winning team. Tournament will start at 2pm on Friday July 4th and teams playing with roster and time will be posted on the RCA website. Register your team as soon as possible so we can get the ball rolling.
